Rhodie: Born and raised on the East coast (Rhode Island) with a diverse Ethnic family history who's center of their family, love & happiness revolved around food!!! Food brings family and friends together and has created some awesome traditions for me. I have taken that love for food my family has instilled in me and explored it by taking Culinary Classes. I have taken classes such as Pacific Rim,Foundations of cooking and techniques, Commercial Baking, Advanced Pastry Arts and other menu planning and nutrition classes.
