Carrot Cake

This carrot cake has a nice Cream Cheese Frosting with a hint of citrus.

Food brings family and friends together and has created some awesome traditions for me. I have taken that love for food my family has instilled in me and explored it by taking Culinary Classes. I have taken classes such as Pacific Rim,Foundations of cooking and techniques, Commercial Baking, Advanced Pastry Arts and other menu planning and nutrition classes.
