I made these for my friend Tamara's 30th Birthday. They are the Queen Creek Olive Mill's double chocolate olive oil cupcakes with a chocolate buttercream frosting.
I used an angel food cake instead of lady fingers and it has Grand Marnier in the marscapone cheese along with Raspberry preserves & fresh rasberries, topped with amaretti cookie crumbs.
This is a Chocolate Devil's Food Cake with a hazelnut whipped cream filling and topped with a Chocolate buttercream frosting that had an expresso zip to it! Happy Birthday Adam!
